To provide a piezoelectric element, a vibration device, and an electronic device that can suppress deterioration of sound quality while reducing the size.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 1 includes a piezoelectric element 2 having main surfaces 2a and 2b facing each other. The piezoelectric element 2 has a piezoelectrically active regions R1 and R2, and a piezoelectrically inactive region R3. When viewed from the opposite directions of the main surfaces 2a and 2b, the active regions R1 and R2 are separated from each other via the inactive region R3, and the reproduction frequency band of the active region R1 is lower than the reproduction frequency band of the active region R2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
