Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATION COMPONENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005191681
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a piezoelectric vibration component whereby frequency adjustment can be carried out in a state close to a mount state by emitting ion beams or the like from an upper side of the component and also short circuit and migration defects due to the emission of the ion beams or the like can effectively be prevented.

The piezoelectric vibration component 1 is configured such that a capacitive element 6 is mounted on a board 2 on an upper side of which a plurality of electrode lands 4a to 4c are formed by using conductive adhesives 5a to 5c, an energy confinement piezoelectric resonator element 8 is fixed on the capacitive element 6, and a vibrating part of the energy confinement piezoelectric resonator element 8 is deposited on the board 2 at a part thereof whereat no electrode lands 4a to 4c and no adhered part of the capacitive element 6 by the conductive adhesives 5a to 5c exist.
