To securely keep positioning of a stick pin in a vertical state and in a predetermined level state.
The stick pin 10 is formed by radially projecting from the outer peripheral face 11s of a cylindrical base 11. The base 11 is rotatably pivoted on a pair of supports by a shaft 2. The pair of supports is fixed to both sides of the opening end 5a of a support cylinder 5 which is fixed to an ornament. A first recessed curve 11a is formed in a position exactly opposite to a position in the outer peripheral face 11s of the base 11 where the stick pin 10 is projected and a second recessed curve 11b is formed in the middle position. Inside the support cylinder 5, an fastening member 6 having a projected curve 6a is movably formed in a retractable direction from the opening end 5a. A coil spring 7 is arranged for biasing the fastening member 6 in a direction wherein the projected curve 6a projects from the opening end 5a. The stick pin 10 is fastened in a vertical position when the projected curve 6a engages with the first recessed curve 11a of the base 11 and in a level position when the projected curve 6a engages with the second recessed curve 11b.
