Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily connect corrugated pipes to each other or the corrugated pipe to a pipe whose surface is smooth.
SOLUTION: One end of a sleeve 3 for integrally connecting a corrugated pipe 1 formed by alternately and independently forming recessed linear parts 1b and projecting linear parts 1a on the outer periphery by thermal fusing is formed into such a cylindrical shape that the outer peripheral part of the corrugated pipe 1 can be inserted in the approximately close state, and a plurality of tongue pieces 5 provided with engaging pieces 4 to be engaged with the recessed linear parts 1b of the corrugate pipe 1 are integrally and projectingly provided on the end of the cylindrical part at the specified distance. When the engaging pieces 4 are engaged with the recessed linear parts 1b of the corrugated pipe 1, an electric fusing coil 7 is provided on the inner peripheral wall part facing the projecting linear parts 1a of the corrugated pipe 1 and taken as a heating part 6, and the projecting linear parts 1a of the corrugated pipe 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 are thermally fused by electrifying the electric fusing coil 7.
