Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe holding tool for easily carrying out installing work of pipes whose diameter are different from each other.
SOLUTION: In a pipe holding tool 10, a cross sectional U-shaped pipe housing space 14 is formed, and flexible pieces 20 extend from front and rear end rims of right and left vertical walls 13, 13 for forming the space 14 at the angle of 45°k. A half circular arc shaped notch and a supporting surface formed by chamfering in a crescent shape along the rim part of the notch part are formed on the top end of each flexible piece 20. In the facing supporting surfaces, mutual elastic force of the right and left flexible piece 20 are made to act on a pipe (p) so as to hold it.
