The male member 20 is anchored to a bracket 5 by means of anchoring members 25, having the fracture stress that is less than the fracture stress of the connected parts between the male joints 21 and the female joints 31, while connecting the male joints 21 to flexible piping members 7 fixed to the bracket 5.
