PURPOSE: To prevent the cracking from being caused at a pipe joint or the like even if vibration or the like is caused at the pipe joint or its perimeter portion by the change or the like of the ground, by making a socket body swing through an elastic ring at the pipe joint, and at the same time prevent water leak thereat even if water oozes out at the mortar-filled portion of an opening between the fitting hole of the side wall of a manhole or the like and the pipe main body of the pipe joint, by stopping it by means of an elastic pipe body and a flange.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical pipe main body is equipped, and a ringlike elastic ring 12 whose elastic deformation can be freely conducted is provided on the inner side of the pipe main body, and on the inner side of the elastic ring 12, a cylindrical socket 13 which is retained by means of the elastic ring 12 and becomes swingable in regard to the pipe main body 11 is provided, and at the same time an almost pipelike elastic pipe body 14 whose elastic deformation becomes free over the outer periphery of the pipe main body 11 is provided attachably/detachably, and a platelike flange 15 of an approximate square that becomes bendable in accordance with the side wall of a manhole or the like is fixed over the outer periphery of the elastic pipe body 14.
