To obtain a piperidine derivative useful in the treatment and prevention of disorders involving 5-HT3, and 5-HT4 receptors, central nervous system disorders, dysgnosia, headache (including sick headache), digestive tract dysfunction, cardiovascular disorders and respiratory disorders and the like.
This derivative (salt) is shown by formula I (X is O or methylene; R1 is Cl, F, methyl, methoxy or amino; R2 and R3 are each H or methyl), which includes a pure enantiomer, or enantiomer mixture including racemic mixture, e.g. (S)-8-chloro-4-methyl-2-[4-(5-methyl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)piperidin-1- yl]-4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5,4-de][1,4]benzoxazine. The compound of formula I is obtained by reaction of a compound of formula II (Y is a halogen) with a compound of formula III.
