Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out piping works of wet facilities with draining parts in a factory, while keeping the regulation of height limit for truck transportation of building units.
CONSTITUTION: In a piping structure of wet facilities 13 with draining parts 13B, arranged in the inside of a building unit, a drain trap 14 connected to the draining parts 13B is positioned on the floor 1 of the building unit. A drain pipe 15 extended from the drain trap 14 is connected to the side of the drain trap 14. The drain pipe 15 is laid so as not to protrude from the lower face of building unit even if the drain trap 14 is formed deep.
