Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel array having an arrangement different from those by conventional technology, which can give a good display effect and can be reduced in the number of sub-pixels.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a pixel array and a display device including the pixel array. The pixel array includes a plurality of rows and columns of sub-pixel basic units, each including a sub-pixel in a first color, a sub-pixel in a second color and a sub-pixel in a third color. Each sub-pixel basic unit presents a plurality of pixels: and in each sub-pixel basic unit, a ratio of numbers of the sub-pixels in the first color, the sub-pixels in the second color and the sub-pixels in the third color is 1:2:1. The sub-pixels in the second color are not adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction.
