Title:
PLANAR HEATER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3818987
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heater and a manufacturing method thereof in which a heating value with respect to a supplied current which is supplied to a heating sheet is raised for efficiently heating the heating sheet, and electronic components are surely fitted to the heating sheet so that the electronic components do not come off due to the heat of the heating sheet, and which is hard to be broken, and can reduce the risk of electrical leakage or fire.
SOLUTION: A planar heater 1 has a heating sheet 10 which is heated when energized and sandwiched between a pair of insulating sheets 20 and 40. A through-hole 22 is formed at both side edges of one insulating sheet 20, and an electrode 30 is formed at a section containing the through-hole 22 where an electrode is planned to be arranged. The electrode 30 is composed of, on each front and rear surface of the insulating sheet 20, conductive layers 31 and 33 being a pair of front and rear ones formed around the through-hole 22, and a conductive hole inside surface layer 32 formed on the interal surface of the through-hole 22 between the pair of conductive layers 31 and 33. The conductive layer 33 is brought into contact with the heating sheet 10.
