To restrain variation of a driving voltage of a plasma display panel.
A plasma display panel comprises: a front plate 2 having a protection layer 9; a back plate 10 having a partition wall 14; and an adhesion section 30 for adhering at least one part of the partition wall 14 and one part of the protection layer 9. The adhesion section 30 contains B2O3. A surface of the protection layer 9 contains boron. The back plate 10 includes plural address electrodes 12 arranged in parallel to each other. The partition wall 14 includes: plural vertical partition walls 24 arranged in parallel to the address electrodes 12; plural lateral partition walls 26 orthogonal to the plural vertical partition walls 24; and outer partition walls arranged in parallel to the vertical partition walls 24 outside the vertical partition walls 24. An end of the plural lateral partition walls 24 is connected to the outer partition walls. A width of the outer partition wall is twice or more larger than that of the lateral partition wall 26. An interval between the outer partition wall and the vertical partition wall 24 adjacent to the outer partition wall is 2.5 times or more larger than an interval of the plural adjacent vertical partition walls 24.
