Abstract:

To provide a PDP for improving light emission efficiency.

In a plasma display panel provided with a front plate and a back plate arranged oppositely from the front plate through a discharge space, discharge gas containing He, Xe, and Ne is included into the discharge space, the partial pressure of He to the total pressure of the discharge gas is ≥10% and ≤25T%, and the total pressure of the entire discharge gas is ≥550 torr and ≤600 torr.
