Protective layer (9) includes protective layer magnesium oxide and calcium oxide, and exhibits three peaks in a range from not less than 340 eV to not greater than 355 eV of a binding energy spectrum in a binding energy analysis of protective layer (9) by X-ray photoemission spectroscopy.
