Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a plastic made garnish without a recessed part, etc. on an outer surface part.
SOLUTION: It is made in a plate type, and a panel part 1 having ribs 11 provided in parallel in a state of a set of two pieces in the longitudinal direction on the side of its back is formed of a thermoplastic resin material. A seat part 111 is provided at a proper point of the ribs 11. An installation bracket 2 a basic sectional shape of which is made in a gate type and forming an installation part to another member is formed of a thermoplastic resin material. A recessed storage part 23 is provided on a head end part of a foot 21 of the installation bracket 2, and an exothermic bond 3 is tacked here. The exothermic bond 3 is made of a thermoplastic resin made film mixed with metallic fiber inside of it. The installation bracket 2 and the panel part 1 are integrated by setting the installation bracket 2 on the seat part 111 of the ribs 11, heating and melting the exothermic bond 3 by a high frequency electromagnetic induction heating method in a state of installing such the exothermic bond 3 on the storage part 23.
