Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain uniform mold fitting without influence of tilt and offset of a mold.
CONSTITUTION: Inserts 24, 25 and 26 are fixed to a core-retainer plate 20 and inserts 21, 22 and 23 are attached to a retainer plate 12 correspondingly. The spaces among these inserts form cavities 27, 28 and 29. The inserts 21, 22 and 23 are slidably fitted into holes 30, 31 and 32 provided on the retainer plate 12. The spaces at the back parts of the holes 30, 31 and 32 are connected to each other by a passage 33 and these spaces and the passage 33 are filled with a hydraulic oil 11.
