To provide a plate type heat exchanger equipped with a fin structure having high strength against thermal stress.
In a core part 1 of this heat exchanger, a high-temperature fluid layer 10 and a low-temperature fluid layer 11 are partitioned by rectangular thin flat plates 12 forming a floor face and a ceiling face between each layer. Extremely fine tubes 21 for increasing a heat transfer area are provided in the high-temperature fluid layer 10 and the low-temperature fluid layer 11. The tubes 21 have a cylindrical section respectively, and are disposed along the flow direction of high-temperature fluid 18 in the high-temperature fluid layer 10. Similarly, the tubes are also disposed along the flow direction of low-temperature fluid 19 in the low-temperature fluid layer 11.
