PURPOSE: To execute the complex movements of a turn and an inclination by mounting an inclined turning base driven in making an inclined shaft core into a center to a horizontal turning base in overlapping and providing a vehicle inclined at the same angle as the inclination angle of the inclined turning base to the inclined turning base.
CONSTITUTION: To a horizontal turning base 6 driven by a proper driving means 8, an inclined turning base 12 driven by another driving means 13 in making the inclined shaft core into the center is mounted in overlapping. To the inclined turning base 12, a vehicle 16 inclined at approximately the same angle as the inclinational angle of the inclined turning base 12 is provided. Namely, by synthesizing the turn by the horizontal turning base 6 and the turn by the inclined turning base 12, the vehicle is made to execute the complex movements of the turn and inclination.
