Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time of a plunger of a contact probe, improve the production tact, and reduce the cost.SOLUTION: A contact probe 10 includes: a tubular first plunger 20 produced by press work; a second plunger 30; a spring 40 disposed in the first plunger 20; and a cover 50. The first plunger 20 includes: a cylindrical part 21; a shoulder 22 formed on one opening of the cylindrical part 21 so as to block the outer periphery of the opening; and a contact part 23 that is erected from the inner edge of the shoulder 22 and comes into contact with one object. The contact part 23 is formed by cutting and bending a bottomed cylindrical shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
