To prevent occurrence of uneven abrasion in the periphery of a spue due to nonuniformity of grounding pressure distribution even in the case of completely removing spue by providing a substantially horizontally cut flat surface on the tip part after cutting plural spues formed in tread rubber.
In this tire, plural spues 2 are formed in tread rubber 1 corresponding to a metal mold air vent at the time of vulcanization-forming. In this case, at the time of cutting each spue 2, a substantially horizontally cut flat surface 2a is provided on the tip part. That is, in order to form a flat surface 2a at the tip face of each spue 2, one side wallpart of each spue 2 is supported by one blade C1 in a cutter, another blade C2 is worked on the other side wall part, and each spue 2 is clamped by both blades C1, C2 to be cut. Thus, it is possible to prevent nonuniformity of grounding pressure distribution of tread rubber 1 and local increase in shearing force due to an inclined surface remaining the tip face of each spue 2.
