Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pneumatic tire improved in external apperance and weather resistance and the manufacturing method thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A tire T is provided with the tread 1, a side wall 2, a bead part 3, a bead core 4, a carcass 5, a breaker 6, an inner liner layer 7, and a nylon film layer 8 provided outside of a rubber layer forming the side wall 2. As the nylon film layer 8, material with the low modulus of elasticity and large elongation is desirable in order to secure desirable adhesive properties, and material of 20-80kg/mm2 in the modulus of elasticity and 200-600% in elongation is suitable, a nylon 6 type non-oriented film is specially suitable, and it is desirable that its thickness is 10μ-100×.
