Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire wherein the adhesion of an inner liner layer formed using a nylon with a low air permeability to an inner surface or carcass layer of a tire made of a rubber compsn can be improved.
SOLUTION: A nylon film sheet having an elongation of 200 to 500% and a thickness of 15 to 100μm is dipped in an RFL treatment liq. comprising 40-100% VP latex and 60-0% SBR latex added thereto on the wt. basis, then coated with a rubber paste prepd. by dissolving a rubber compsn. comprising 100 pts.wt. diene rubber contg. at least 70 pts.wt. natural rubber and 1.0-5.0 pts.wt. sulfur in a lowly polar org. solvent, and then wound up together with a carcass material to adhere the nylon film to one side of the carcass aterial to thereby form a nylon film layer.
