Title:
PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED TAKE-UP DEVICE FASTENING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2702403
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a pneumatically operated fastening tool capable of being used with high reliability over a wide pressure scope and tightening a take-up device such as a screw.
CONSTITUTION: A spool 64 reciprocating between an open position and a limit position is provided in a sleeve 44 having an introduction port 46 and a feeding out port 48 communicating with an on-off operation part 14 and a pneumatic motor 16 through a passage in a housing 18, respectively. This spool is pressed against the open position by a spring 84, and passages 74, 72, 76 directing a pressure on a pneumatic motor side to both sides of the spool are provided in the spool at the open position to balance the spool 64 by pneumatic pressure. When operating pressure of the pneumatic motor increases, pneumatic pressure in a valve chamber 42 at one end of the spool is opened to atmosphere by a pilot operation pressure reducing valve 86 to move the spool to the limit position, and the feeding out port 48 is restricted to reduce operating pressure.
