Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the electrification of static electricity from being executed on an LCD(liquid crystal display device) panel and to prevent the electrostatic discharge failure thereof from occurring when the LCD panel to which a polarizing plate is stuck is supported by a set plate.
CONSTITUTION: Plural grooves 8 are formed on the surface of the set plate 1 for vacuum-sucking and supporting the LCD panel P to which the polarizing plate is stuck and a discharging bar 9 spraying discharging air toward the inside of the grooves 8 is arranged at the adjacent position of the plate 1. Then, the static electricity generated when the panel P is placed on the plate 1 and peeled from it is discharged by the discharging air entering the inside of the grooves 8 and the electrification of the static electricity on the panel P is suppressed. Besides, the electrostatic discharge failure of the panel P is suppressed.
