Abstract:
To provide a polyacetal resin composition which achieves few changes in molding weight per shot and few mold contamination (excellent in mold deposit resistance) even when continuously molded for a long period of time using a hot runner mold, as well as to provide a method for producing the resin composition.
This polyacetal resin composition includes a polyacetal resin (A), an acid anhydride (B), a 1-10C carboxylic acid metal salt (C), and a metal deactivator (D). The method for producing the polyacetal resin composition includes a process of melt-mixing a mixture (Z) with the metal deactivator (D) added, wherein the mixture (Z) includes the polyacetal resin (A), the acid anhydride (B), and the 1-10C carboxylic acid metal salt (C).
