A polyacetal resin composition is obtained by: melting and kneading 100 pts.mass of a polyacetal resin (A) with 1-120 pts.mass of an aliphatic or alicyclic thermoplastic polyurethane (B), 0.01-10 pts.mass of an aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate compound (C), and 0.01-5 pts.mass of a polyhydric alcohol (D) having three or more hydroxy groups in the molecule to obtain a molded product of a resin composition; and subsequently subjecting the molded product to heat treatment within 24 hours to promote a crosslinking reaction.
