Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition in which, even for the case where talc is added to a high molecular weight polyacetal resin, the talc is dispersed well, the mechanical characteristic is greatly improved, the release amount of formaldehyde is less, the mold deposit is reduced, the heat stability and dimensional stability, under a severe condition, is good, and furthermore the surface appearance is excellent.SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition contains: (A) 100 pts.mass of polyacetal resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000 to 400,000; (B) 0.001 to 0.03 pts.mass of talc having an average particle size of 3 μm or more and 20 μm or less and having no surface treatment; (C) 0.005 to 0.3 pts.mass of a particular fatty acid diester; (D) 0.001 to 1.0 pts.mass of antioxidant; and (E) 0.001 to 0.4 pts.mass of calcium distearate.
