Abstract:
To provide a polyamide fiber excellent in shock absorption of shearing stress and shocks in various directions and having excellent durability and fatigue resistance, when the fiber is knitted, processed, and used as an industrial material, and to provide a knit fabric given by using the fiber.
This polyamide fiber excellent in the fatigue resistance has a tensile strength of ≥5.3 cN/dtex, a tensile elongation at break of 25-35%, a toughness of ≥90 cN/dtex%, a knot strength of ≥4.8 cN/dtex, and a degree of crystalline orientation of 82-89%. The polyamide fiber gives a retention of strength of ≥ 65% to the knit fabric.
