Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the composition being capable of providing a cured product having a lowly anisotropic coefficient of linear thermal expansion, excellent mechanical strengths, heat resistance and flame retardancy and desirably used for sealing especially, e.g. IC.
CONSTITUTION: The composition is prepared by mixing an amino polyarylene sulfide with silica, an epoxy silane couping agent and zinc oxide whiskers having a three-dimensional structure.
