Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyoxymethylene resin composition containing a polyoxymethylene resin, and being imparted with excellent impact resistance and damping performance, and further with excellent oil resistance and weld property; and to provide a process for producing the same.SOLUTION: The raw material components of the polyoxymethylene resin composition are (A) a polyoxymethylene resin, (B) a specific polymer or its hydrogenated one, (C) an oil, and (D) a compatibilizer. The formulation proportions of the raw material components are 20 to 92 pts.mass of (A), 4 to 76 pts.mass of (B), 1 to 5 pts.mass of (C), and 3 to 50 pts.mass of (D) based on 100 pts.mass of the total of (A) to (D) components. The production process thereof includes a step of previously mixing (A) component and (D) component to obtain a mixture (I), and a step of thereafter melt kneading the mixture (I), (B) component and (C) component.
