Abstract:
To provide a method for efficiently synthesizing polyurethane polyamine, a polyurethane polyamine composition with low toxicity and high stability, in which an aziridine compound remaining in a polyurethane polyamine crude product is removed, and a method for producing the composition.SOLUTION: Introducing ethylene imine under high-pressure CO2 heated in a reactor makes it possible to efficiently synthesize a polyurethane polyamine (I) including constitutional units with urethane units and amine units linked together. Adding a specific solvent after the reaction and removing the solvent with heat makes it possible to remove an aziridine compound remaining in a polyurethane polyamine resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
