Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition having excellent compression set and vibrational energy absorption performance by using a poly(vinyl chloride) resin, a polymer oil, an isocyanate, a phthalic acid ester, a phosphoric acid ester and a specific resin.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a poly(vinyl chloride) resin, (B) 10 to 180 pts.wt. of a polymer oil of 300 to 10,000, preferably 1,000 to 5,000 molecular weight, (C) a tri-or more isocyanate compound at a NCO/OH in (B) molar ratio of 0.3 to 1.3, (D) 5 to 200 pts.wt. of a phthalic acid ester of formula I (R1, R2 are a monocyclic hydrocarbon), preferably dicyclohexyl phthalate, (E) 5 to 200 pts.wt. of a phosphoric acid ester of formula II (R3 to R5 are an aromatic monocyclic hydrocarbon) preferably trixylenyl phosphate, and (F) 3 to 200 pts. wt. of at least one resin selected from petroleum resins, cumarone resins, ketone resins, low-molecular-weight polyethylene maleic acid resins, rosins.
