The porous solid lubricant enclosed bearing has a porous solid lubricant 37 enclosed in a bearing 31. The porous solid lubricant 37 comprises a lubricating component and a resin component as essential components, wherein the resin component is a solid matter having porosity imparted thereto by foaming and curing. The porous solid lubricant is provided with the resin component composed of resin or rubber having rubber elasticity, and has properties to ooze lubricant component by deformation due to external force. The resin component is polyurethane resin.
