To make it possible to optionally read worldwide global environment information by providing the portable communication equipment with a display means for converting data outputted from a control processing means into a format allowed to be displayed and displaying the converted data.
A receiving part 12 receives global environment data, time information, etc., from a global environment data supplying server 11 periodically after being held at a reception waiting state through a radio call system. A CPU 13 executes the depression of received data, the sequential calculation of positions of the sun and the earth, the mangement of a memory, user's operation processing such as judgement whether a button is depressed or not, and error processing. A displaying IC 15 executes processing for compositing a global image, a global environment image, etc., as image composition, executes 3D rendering for synthesized 2D data while matching with time and a point at which operator's eyes are directed as 3D rendering processing to syntesize text data. The text data are decomposed into R, G and B components, which are converted into a proper display format and the format converted data are transmitted to a liquid crystal driver 16 and displayed on liquid crystal 17.
