To provide a portable electronic apparatus in which thinning of a housing can be attained, light emitted from a light emitting part inside the housing is hardly leaked from the surface of the housing, wherein radiation of light is not intended, and light emission efficiency can be improved.
The portable electronic apparatus includes: a housing 3 configured to combine a first case 30b and a second case 30a formed by insert-molding a sheet metal member 51 to a resin member 52; a light emitting part 63 provided inside the housing 3; a light radiating part 30c radiating light from the side of the first case 30b to the outside of the housing 3; and a light guiding member 7 having light transmissivity and guiding light L, which is emitted from the light emitting part 63, to the light radiating part 30c. The sheet metal member 51 is exposed from the resin member 52 and confronted to the outer surface of the light guiding member 7 inside the housing 3 in the state where the first case 30b and the second case 30a are combined.
