To eliminate the necessity of securing a water source and allow an immediate use at any place by integrating a water tank, a pump and a hose reel with each other.

A water tank 3 is installed on a truck 1 travelling via wheels 2. In addition, the truck 1 is provided with a frame 4, and an engine 5 and a pump 6 are installed on the frame 4, so as to drive the pump 6 with the engine 5. Also, a hose reel 7 is provided on the truck 1. A sprinkler so formed travels via the wheels 2 to the sense of a fire and the pump 6 is driven with the engine 5. As a result, water contained in the water tank 3 is drawn and fed to a hoseled from the hose reel 7 on the operation of the pump 6, thereby water is sprinkled. Thus, no water source is required. At the same time, the sprinkler is capable of traveling to any place and immediately sprinkling water for firefighting activities. On this case, the engine 5 and the pump 6 may be formed as a travel unit and the water tank 3 may as well be formed as a travel unit for making both units separable from each other, and the engine- pump unit may be used as a portable pump.
