Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of a heat exchanger of a reactor, by using slit-shaped light beams along circumference and axis directions to move a traveling object in the circumference and axis directions. CONSTITUTION:A position controller 15 of a traveling object 13 is hanged within a main tube 8 of a heat exchanger with a wire and moved down to a place near an opening part 4b of a broken branch tube 4a to be fixed there. Then the object 13 is moved to the center position of the part 4b by means of an optical machine 24 provided to the object 13. The 1st slit-shaped light beam 27 projected along the axis direction of the tube 8 is turned to the circumference direction of the tube 8. Then the object 13 is fixed at the center of the part toward the circumference direction of the tube 8. The 2nd slit-shaped light beam 28 is scanned in the axis direction of the tube 8, and the object 13 is fixed at the center position of the part toward the axis direction of the part 4b. Thus the object 13 can be set at the center position of the part 4b.
