Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a limit switch of a mobile mechanism unnecessary, by assuming as the mobile mechanism reaches its limit position when the period of the position tracking pulse given from the mobile mechanism exceeds the prescribed value, and then setting the position data at the initial value. CONSTITUTION:A cab sheet driving controller EOCU drives motors M1-M6 when an SWIn is turned on and then drives the sheet main body, back sheet, head rest, etc. in a certain direction respectively. During this driving, the period of pulses given from encoders S1-S6 exceeds a certain level. In such case, a CPU3 stops the above-mentioned driving and sets a register at the present position within an NRAM at the initial value, i.e., the limit moving position. A user of the sheet drives motors M1-M6 by means by a switch of an input control board 13 and sets the sheet at a desired position and at the same time records the data to an RAM1. After this, the sheet can be set at a presribed position based on the above-mentioned data and regardless of the position of the sheet.
