A square rotary plate 38 is free to rotate against a shaft 42 constituted of a first pivot 39, pulled to a driving source 43 by applying proper voltage and moved to a position of a broken line 45. Suction force is changed by adjusting voltage applied on the driving source 43, and it is possible to control an angle of rotation of the square rotary plate 38. When this voltage is removed, the square rotary plate 38 returns to its initial position. Additionally, the square rotary plate 38 is pulled to a driving source 44 generating suction force by applying proper voltage, and it is moved to a position of a broken line 46. Suction force is changed by properly adjusting voltage applied on the driving source 44, the angle of rotation of the square rotary plate 38 is controlled, and when this voltage is removed, it returns to the initial position.
