Abstract:

A method of wireless communication is described, the method comprising generating (630) a unique position location reference signal, PRS, for a remote radio head, RRH, having a same physical identity, PCI, as a macro eNodeB (110a, 110b, 110C), the unique PRS being based on a virtual cell ID of the remote radio head, and transmitting (632) the unique PRS to a user equipment, UE, (120). Also a corresponding apparatus is described.
