Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pouring apparatus for ALC raw material slurry in which entrainment of the air with the slurry even if the slurry of the ALC is poured from above a form, mold release agent coating a form is not almost lost, hence later removal of the slurry of a semiplastic state is facilitated and the slurry can be poured uniformly in the entire form.
CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for pouring ALC raw material slurry comprises a branching plate 16 supported above a form and having a skirt part inclined downward from a center toward a peripheral edge, a cylindrical retention box 13 so supported at the plate 16 above the center of the plate 16 as to close a bottom except a slit 18 to the entire periphery of a lower end of a sidewall, a vibrating net cage 20 disposed inside the box 13, a vibrator 22 mounted at the cage 20, and a pouring tube 6 inserted at its end into the cage 20 and opened near its bottom.
