Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally correct the shift of the lead phase of the helical gears of upper and lower punches by the rotation of the lower punch even when the lower punch is bent during compression by supporting rotatably respectively the three parts of the upper punch, the lower punch and a core rod, and to enhance the protection effect of a die without applying excessive forces to the engaging part of the helical gear, cam follower engaging part, etc.
SOLUTION: When making the upper punch 1 and the die 5 rotatable, the lower punch fixed up to this time is rotatably supported as well. Further, a fixed guide mechanism for die guide is constituted of a guide part 20 with the same lead as that of helical gear G1 for forming and a cam follower 21 engaging with the guide part 20, and these are installed corresponding to the die 5 and a fixed member 22 to be newly added.
