Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient packaging machine which is simple is structure and rapid in filling powder in order to package a predetermined quantity by subdivid ing into a large number of divided powder using a long resin film.
SOLUTION: The packaging machine comprises a film guide to fold the long film into two in the width direction while the longitudinal film is continuously moved, a width sealing and filling apparatus to heat-seal the film in the width direction and fill the powder, and a die roll to heat-seal edge of the film, and the width sealing and filling apparatus comprises at least one movable table mounted in a longitudinally movable manner on a fixed sliding rail arranged in the longitudinal direction of the long film, a sealing bar which is pivotably supported on the movable table in an opening/closing manner in the right-to-left direction to heat-seal the film a sealing bar opening/closing mechanism, a chute preceding the corresponding sealing bar by a chute holding mechanism fixed to the movable table with a lower end of the chute being held in an elevating/lowering and attachable/detachable manner between both edges of the film, and a powder feeder to feed the powder of the predetermined furnace to the chute.
