Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a powdery solid cosmetic having high color-developing property, fitness to the skin and impact resistance and excellent color gradation operability.
CONSTITUTION: This powdery solid cosmetic is produced by compounding ≥10wt.% of a coloring agent, an oil having an inorganic organic balance of ≥0.2 and a viscosity of ≤45 cps at 30°C and 2/5 to 1 pt. of polymethylsilsesquioxane powder based on 1 pt. of total oil component.
