Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To externally install a power feeder requires a cost increase in a system and a trouble for maintenance, and to make matters worse, without the power feeder it is impossible to identify by using communication state determination means.SOLUTION: A power conditioner includes: a first breaker connecting to a solar cell; a second breaker connecting to a power supply system; a third breaker connecting to a control circuit; a control power supply circuit; and a control circuit including a breaker state detection part for maintaining an ON/OFF state of the first breaker, the second breaker, and the third breaker when power from the power supply system becomes unavailable, and a determination part for determining on the basis of the ON/OFF state whether or not a power outage is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
