An actuator drive device 30 includes a DC voltage generation part 31, a voltage detection part 34, a driving voltage generation part 37, and a changeover part 35. The DC voltage generation part 31 supplies a current to the voltage detection part 34. By the current flowing inside, the voltage detection part 34 can detect a value of a DC voltage Vdc supplied from the DC voltage generation part 31. The driving voltage generation part 37 generates driving voltages SU, SV and SW for driving an indoor fan motor M22 on the basis of a detection result of the voltage detection part 34. The changeover part 35 switches the flow of the current such that the current flows into the voltage detection part 34 during a drive mode, and the current does not flow into the voltage detection part 34 during a drive stop mode. The indoor fan motor M22 which is an actuator is driven in the drive mode, and the drive of the indoor fan motor M22 is stopped in the drive stop mode.
