To install and to easily set an outlet section, which does not supply electric power during non-power failure in a main power supply, but supplies electric power to mandatory electrical apparatuses or electrical apparatuses which a user wants to use during power failure in the main power supply.
A cooperative control section 113 transmits a supply permission signal to a DC outlet 131 (a hook ceiling 132), when detecting power failure in the main power supply. The DC outlet 131 (the hook ceiling 132) for connecting a DC apparatus 102 receives the supply permission signal, a switching section switches from an open state to a closed state, and DC electric power is supplied from a distributed power supply to the DC apparatus 102 during power failure in the main power supply. After that, when the main power supply is recovered from the power failure, and a non-power failure state is attained, the cooperative control section 113 transmits a supply stop signal to the DC outlet 131 (the hook ceiling 132). The DC outlet 131 (the hook ceiling 132) receives the supply stop signal, the switching section switches from the closed state to the open state, and DC electric power supply from the distributed power supply to the DC apparatus 102 is stopped.
