Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict limit attaining time of each power equipment and life loss at the time of high load with high accuracy and support a highly efficient operation of each power equipment by detecting operating states of a plurality of power equipments and an operating state of a common cooling system and simulating a secular temperature change at a portion contributing to degradation of each power equipment by a thermal equivalent model.
SOLUTION: An operating state changing with time of each power equipment is detected by a current transformer 10. An operating state of a cooling system is detected by oil temperature sensors 11a, 11b, water temperature sensors 13a, 13b, an atmospheric wet-bulb temperature sensor 14 and flow detecting devices 12a, 12b. The detected operating states are synthesized, a simulation is performed by a thermal equivalent model based on the operating state of the whole of the power equipment and the operating state of the cooling system, each portion temperature obtained is determined for an initial value, a secular temperature change at the present time or after is simulated again based on predicted fluctuation load and a cooling device condition. Based on this result, degradation prediction information on each power equipment is outputted.
