Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit capable of avoiding erroneous operation due to noise, suppressing an overshoot, and having a fast response against load fluctuation.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit includes an overshoot suppression part 100, a control circuit part 10, a first transistor M1, a second transistor M2, an inductor L, a capacitor C1, a resistor R1, a resistor R2, and an error amplifier ERR. ON time of the second transistor M2 is extended if a load lightens. The overshoot suppression part 100 detects extension of the ON time of the second transistor M2, due to fluctuation of a load RL from heavy load to light load or no load, and forcibly causes the second transistor M2 to an off state. Thus, overshoot of an output voltage Vo is suppressed. An erroneous operation due to noise is reduced by detecting an extension of a high-level H period of a drive signal S2 outputted from the control circuit part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
