A power unit vibration control structure is equipped with a power unit 1 which is made to be a generation source of vibration, an inner cylinder 2 having a cylindrical surface which holds the power unit 1 therein, an outer cylinder 3 arranged so as to surround the inner cylinder 2, and a plurality of support columns 4 interposed between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3, coupling the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3 with the both ends thereof, and provided so as to have a predetermined interval. On the outer surface of the inner cylinder 2, a damping material for the inner cylinder having a damping effect in a circular natural vibration frequency of the inner cylinder 2 is provided, and on the inner surface of the outer cylinder 3, a damping material for the outer cylinder having a circular natural vibration frequency of the outer cylinder 3 is provided.
